How to enter and activate SIM cards with Baicells LTE

To Enter a 100 Pack of SIMs

If you buy a 100 pack of SIMs, you can add the code from the box to your BOSS to get them associated with your network.  Remeber to add them as a subscriber once they have been associated with your account by following the additional steps :

  1. Click BOSS
  2. Click Network-SIM Card
  3. Enter the Activation code from the 100 pack of SIMs and Submit.Baicells_activation.jpg

 


To enter a few or a single SIM cards, follow these steps:

Here's how to import the sim card into BOSS.

  1. Log into CloudCore
  2. Click “BOSS” at the top left.
  3. Click “Network” on the left menu
  4. Click "Sim card".
  5. Click "Import"
  6. Click  the "File" radio button.
  7. Select an excel file with the IMSI(s) of the sim card.
  8. Click "Import"

You can export a Template first and then populate that template.

Next, to complete the process you have to add the subscriber to BOSS and provision the service plan to the subscriber.

To now activate the SIM cards, follow these steps:

  1. Log into CloudCore
  2. Click “BOSS” at the top left.
  3. Click “Subscriber” on the left menu.
  4. Click “New” to add a new subscriber.
  5. Enter subscriber info and click on the search icon in the SIM card field.
  6. Select the respective IMSI number.
  7. Click save to add a new subscriber and activate the SIM card.

The Excel file format (below) can be downloaded from these pages in the above steps.  ISP Supplies sends the properly formatted Excel file at the time of shipment via email.


Once the SIM cards are activated and your base station is in “Active” state, all that should be required for UE connectivity is to insert the SIM card into your UE before powering on. The UE will then automatically scan for and associate with your base station.
