All return authorizations must be approved before being sent back to ISP Supplies. Any returns that are not approved will be refused. If you are located in Canada, please ship returns to our Canada warehouse; All other returns please ship to our United States warehouse.
These instructions must be followed precisely in order to get full credit or repair.
Typically the items will be placed in an outer package to protect the manufacturer's box. This is an example of an unused item(s) that would receive full credit.
This is an example of an improperly returned item.This item would be rejected and not returnable because the manufacturer's box is ruined and not sellable.
ISP Supplies will accept most new, unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To receive full credit, the item(s) must be returned unopened in new condition with all packing material, manuals and accessories. Items that are not returned in this condition are subject to a minimum restocking fee of at least 25% and acceptable only at ISP Supplies’ discretion. This includes opened packaging, missing or used packing materials, missing or used accessories, writing, marking, labels or stickers to the product packaging or to the product itself.
All items must be returned in the same outer box in which they were shipped to you. For example, if the item’s original package was put inside another box to protect the manufacturer’s original packaging, it must be returned to us the same way. The issue here is that if you do not protect the manufacturer’s box and the item is returned for credit, it will not be sellable to another customer.
DO NOT ship any item without an outer over-packaging or box. Any writing or labels on the product or the outside of the product's original box will void your ability to accept the return. All items returned for credit must be 100% resalable condition with all accessories, packing materials, documentation or fasteners.
If the items received and their associated packing materials are damaged or missing, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Licenses are not returnable.
